Customers who rent a property from Golding Places will enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, which can then be renewed on the anniversary of the term.

Prospective tenants will need to pay administrative fees when securing a property.

If the referencing checks are passed a deposit equivalent to six weeks’ rent will be required along with a month’s rent in advance to secure the property. Rent will then be due on the 1st of every month.

A guarantor will be required if the referencing check is not passed, and this guarantor will be referenced.

In some instances, we will consider pets on the basis that a non-refundable additional deposit amount is taken on commencement of the tenancy.
