Sutton Wood, Langley, Maidstone
We have 7 new homes across three further phases coming to Sutton Wood in Maidstone.
Phases 2 & 3 : 2 x 2 bed houses and 4 x 3 bed houses, launching in Autumn 2026, with expected handover of Summer 2027.
Phase 4: 1 x 2 bed house launching in Spring 2027 with expecting handover of Winter 2027.
Hermitage Park, Maidstone
We have two new phases coming soon to Hermitage Park in Maidstone; 4 x 2 bed houses and 2 x 3 bed houses.
We’ll be launching the 3 bed homes and 1×2 bed home in late 2026 with handover set for September 2027, and the last remaining 2 bed homes will be launched in Summer 2027 with handover expected in March 2028.
Priority will be given to applicants with a connection to Aylesford South and Ditton ward and Larkfield ward.
Fielding Park Phase 2, Maidstone
We’ll be launching phase 2 of our Fielding Park development in late 2026 / early 2027. Consisting of a 1 x 2 bed house and 20 x 3 bed houses, we expect these homes to handover in late Summer 2027.
