When you tell us you want to sell, we have a period of time – known as the Landlord’s nomination period – to find a buyer for your home. If we can’t find a buyer in that time (8 weeks for customers on standard lease, and 4 weeks for new model lease customers) then you can sell your home on the open market, e.g. through an estate agent of your choice.
