Built on the site of the former Somerfield Hospital in partnership with Oliver Davis Homes, four blocks of Grade II listed semi-detached villas have been converted, allowing some of the original features to be preserved in these unique new homes.
The Somerfield Hospital site dates back to 1850 and was formerly a private and military hospital.
When complete, the scheme will be made up of 77 homes, including flats and houses for market rent, shared ownership, social rent and discount market sale. The second phase of development will also see some of the new homes be built off-site, using modern methods of construction.
