We build new shared ownership homes in the rural village of Lenham.
Tolhurst Way, situated in the heart of the village, is being built on the site of the former Lenham United Reform Church, and is part of a new joint venture scheme between us and local developer Akehurst Ltd.
The shared ownership homes range from two bedroom to four bedroom properties, and include integrated oven, hob and fridge freezer. The properties also include quality fitted carpets and two allocated car parking spaces.

The scheme is in the heart of the village, within the conservation area, and so particular attention has been paid to ensure the scheme fits in with the traditional architecture of the village, with high quality brickwork and external joinery, and plain tiled roofs, with the homes arranged to suggest an evolution of traditional cottages and short terraces.”
