We have garages for rent in Maidstone and the surrounding villages for those wishing to store their car, bikes or in need of some extra storage space. Although anyone can apply to rent a garage from us, we give priority to Golding Homes customers.
Our garages can be rented on a short or long term basis, and range from £12 per week for residents and from £14.40 for non-residents.
Our recently refurbished garages in Penfold Close, Park Wood are now available to rent, together with other locations such as Senacre, Lenham and Headcorn.
