Wallis Fields

The final phase of the Wallis Fields regeneration will provide further units for commercial rent which we hope will be available during Spring 2018.

These shops are in the heart of the redevelopment in Park Wood and are located amongst the new residential flats and houses, building on the retail environment established during earlier phases of regeneration in the locality.

One unit is approximately 107.50 sq m while two units could be combined to make one bigger unit of 158.2 sq m, or if split into two separate units would provide approximately 76 sq m and 81 sq m.

The rent for commercial unit 1 is £17,500.00 per annum

The rent for commercial units 2 & 3 as one unit is £25,500.00 per annum, or if separated into two units, £12-13,000 per unit.
